First of all, hope you all don't mind if I post another K1 and travel question. I got to do something while hunker down for this Snoverkill of 2010.

I filed for I-129F late Jan 2010 for my fiance in Thailand. While waiting for the process, can she travel to visit me here in US? She currently has a 10-year visa on her tourist passport. She has visited me several times before. Assuming she can travel, does it impede the K1 process? or any problem down the road when she has to go through the interview?

Thanks in advance!

Quinn

entry requirements are the same... she must be able to convince the CBP that she will leave the USA when questioned.... if they doubt her then she could be denied entry... no effect on the K-1

YMMV

My fiance(e) just visited me. She arrived yesterday. We filed in Dec 09. She no problems at all. She had her return ticket, our hotel reservations when I fly back with her, letter stating that I will financially support here, and copy of NOA1.

They didn't ask for anything but return ticket and who was she visiting.

Good Luck with you visit.
