How bizarre! They recieved my I130 9/16/2009, and it's still in review. They recieved my 129F 10/20/2009, and it has been approved and sent to NVC 2/2/2010.

Do they just randomly grab papers out of a mountain of petitions piled on the floor there or what?

Hey, Yeah, I heard from the consulate today and they say that they are in the final stage of processing before we get the K3 interview. So it shouldn't be long now :) Good luck with the process and keep us updated!

Thanks, we couldn't go to bed last night waiting for a NOA2 and we got confused. 2 touches without NOA2, that would have caused us terrible things. I had my phone by my pillow incase I got an sms. It was sometime 11.45pm and hope was almost lost. Got an email from USCIS, I was wondering what it would be. Hopefully not a RFE and it happened to be a NOA2. I wanted to scream very loud. That was the end of the night for us, we didn't go to bed again until 6am my time.

Thank God we can now move on to NVC. For those who haven't received their, do not worry. Your NOA2 is on the way for sure.
