I am really sorry :( I feel bad... there is always ryhme and reason for things... but I dont know who can figure out USCIS and there processing!!! It is so discouraging and frustrating to be stuck not knowing... yall will be touched or approved soon....

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive,and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

My K-3 petition for my wife was recieved 10/20/2009. Approved and sent to NVC 2/2/2010. She is from Brazil. No idea when we'll hear from the consulate about an interview now. Anyway, I hear that some countries screening process is different, could be one of the factors.

I´m just like some of you or maybe, most of You....5 months before yesterday on my I-130, until now nothing...none one touch...And I can see so many couples from Octber and November been approved, make me feel so frustrated with this entire process...But It´s out of our hands, We really don´t know their rules.

Anyway I wish us all luck and patience.
