As I said in the other thread, it obviously looks photoshopped. I'd go with the real deal, or at minimum, a cut and pasted passport photo.

No.

It does look edited (very choppy looking edges).

And the uneven shoulders show you're leaning to the left.

The samples of passport photos that are shown on US government websites always show the subject facing straight - head and shoulders.

Why don't you just take a new one? Find a light-colored wall and start snapping pics.

No, pay to have it done by folks who know what they are doing and what is wanted. No reason to screw it all up over a little photo.

Well, it doesn't look Photoshopped to me so much as cut out from another picture and pasted onto a white background. But I would go with a no.

I was just trying to speed things up a little. It took over a year to get signed documents from her. The picture looks a lot better when printed out and cut down to passport size.

If you hand that in you, it might just delay things and end up getting an RFE.

Russian cities have zillions of places that do photos for documents. Just have her go to one of those places with the specific requirements in hand.

Yeah I know and she knows, getting her to go is the problem. On my computer can open the photo and reduce to 75%, that is what it looks like when I print it out. See what you think.

From the USCIS instructions:

Passport-style photos must be 2" x 2." The photos must be in color with full face, frontal view on a white to off-white background. Head height should measure 1" to 1 3/8" from top of hair to bottom of chin, and eye height is between 1 1/8" to 1 3/8" from bottom of photo.
