Could you please help us what next after we received I-797C, NOA Petition for Alien Relative ? I know Affidavit of Support is one of the Requirements.What is the other requirements?Anyone here with experience ?Thank you....God Bless...

10-29-2009 - Medical and Vaccination Done and PASSED!!!

10-21-2009 - Apply for SSN

11-17-2009 - Interview Done and Passed!!!

If so, you'll have to wait for the approval notice, or NOA-2, which is ANOTHER 797-C form letter.

What did you receive?

After approval, btw, the casefiles are both moved to NVC, for further NVC processing.

But be sure to drill down to both Affadavit of Support and Applicant Processing.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
