removal of conditional greencard with a minor

Can anybody help me please..my greencard will expire June 2010 and my 15 year old child just arrive last April 2009 and has a conditonal 2 year greencard already, will i also apply him with me to remove his condtional greencard status when i apply this March ?

My understanding is that you can only jointly file if the child's greencard expires within 90 days of yours... Otherwise the child will remove independantly when the time comes

You can apply only if your GCs are within 90 days from expiration. If not, then you need to apply for ROC by yourself and then when your child's time comes to apply for ROC, you need to file for him. I think you can get a waiver for the fee (except the biometrics) but I am not sure about all the details.

No - you'll be able to file to lift conditions on your child's status some time in January 2011 (use your calendar for correct dates).
