So this is what is going in our package

- Application

- Fee

- GC copies

- Photos of husband

- Copy of my birth certificate (i'm the USC)

- Marriage certificate

- tax returns from 2007-2009 (should I also include 2006? the year he came?)

- copies of all our leases

- birth certificate of our son

Is there anything else that should be included? Appreciate any insight - I didn't realize I had to send all this stuff again!

It looks good and based on the checklist - you seem to have covered everything. As for tax returns, you need to send in all returns since your husband became LRP, so if filed 2006 before he was, then I wouldn't include it. I would maybe take it to the interview in case they ask about it.

I believe pictures were not that important now in this stage but you can bring them during the interview just in case you will be asked. Good luck.

At this stage, pictures are not important to mail. You can take a few (good and selective ones) with you to the interview if the IO is still not certain.

From what I have been hearing, no, your husband should go alone. You can go with him for support, but I don't think you should expect to go far inside the building once you are there.
