I'm a U.S. Citizen and I sent in my I-130 for my husband (UK citizen) on the 9th of December 2009. I had requested a signature for when it was collected through the mail, and it was accepted on the 14th of December. I've yet to receive any letter stating any kind of action or receipt. And silly me did a post office money order. I'm currently not in the U.S. (my sister is collecting all my mail) as I'm visiting with my husband for a short visit and I have all my money order information on me. So it makes it impossible to trace the money order.

How long should it take to get a notice? What should I do? This is so annoying!! I'm not rushing for an approval. I'd just like to watch my status!!
