1 is stated in the instructions.

No. At NO stage in the instructions does it say your husband needs to complete a G-325A

The answe below is wrong. Your husband needs to fill a G-325A form also.

I'm not sure where, but that is in the USCIS website. I think it is on the I-130 instructions.

I've seen cases have RFE for not having the USC G-325A.

I've seen cases have RFE for not having the USC G-325A.

The I-130 is not for adjustment of status - The I-485 is and it does not need a G-325A submitted by the US citizen/spouse. I've never seen an RFE for the US citizen spouse not having sent a G-325A with the I-485.

majca - The version of G-325A you can get from here on VJ or USCIS.gov only needs a single copy (it changed in July 2009 and that is why there may still be conflicting stories).

For best results, follow the K-1/K-3 Adjustment of Status Guide HERE (p.s., the Guides on VJ may still need to be updated to reflect a single copy of the G-325A)

If you use the old four page form, send in all four pages. If you use the new one page form, send in one page.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

this is incorrect. you only need 1 G-325A (for the immigrant) when sendin in the AOS I-485

Now if you are sending the I-130 along with the I-485 then u 2 G-325A for the immigrant (1 for I130, 1 for I485) and 1 G-325A for U.S citizen (I130)
