can i use online chats and or messages with DATES on them?

how about my myspace page? with pictures of both of us, status as married ect..

things like that? or must it be more hard evidence?

like joint account .. lease..

i am 19 and she is 20 so we dont have soooo much hard evidence.

we are working on that i sent a form to add her to my account.

OH sorry haha. this is for the AOS packet.

will USCIS understand that with our age rage and me being military that we really dont have so much legal hardwired evidence because it was really unexpected, also.. we are currently living apart due to my orders, should i send a copy of my orders aswell?

thank YOU! :)

From what I've read and been told the IOs don't put much emphasis on personals letters or e-mails since these can be fabricated. However, if it's all you have then it would be better to bring everything you have to the interview. If possible, the two of you should get a joint bank account together. All the bank should need is a SS # (and sometimes they don't even ask for that but simply your current visa papers showing your status in the US). Any pictures that you have together before, during, and after your wedding will also be a plus...our IO looked at a lot of our pictures

If you haven't sent in your packet yet it might be helpful to type up a short letter of explanation stating what you told us; that you're in the military so you don't have a joint lease, bills, etc. They don't even really expect you to send in much with the AOS packet. Instead they have an interview to better assess everyone's situation and meet the two of you in person. Plenty of VJers on here have limited joint evidence and are approved no problem! If you have nothing now just send in the marriage certificate and the letter if you like. Then try to get a joint bank account and start putting each other's names on things (i.e. utility bills, insurance policies) before your interview date...you've got a few months before that if you send in your packet soon! :star:

Maybe you can bring them with you when you go for the interview, but at that time they are more interested on proving to them your relationship with more serious evidence. Once you get married, you should start working on getting joint bank accounts, and if you can show that you have changed your marital status as well as added her to your insurance, if you have 401k and show that she is a beneficiary then that should be a good start.

what about mobile phone bills, or car insurance? Where is she living whilst you are away? If it is with your family maybe they could write a sworn affidavit saying they live there etc, adn have that notarised or something instead or a lease
