Calling all who sent NEW I-129F Form!!!!!!

Hi everyone

I think my case was a little bit faster because my NOA1 is from 07/07/2006 and we received the RFE in 07/24/2006. Do you think that means we will receive the NOA 2 faster?

You might have used the old form. Is it an IMBRA RFE? People who used new form already have answred IMBRA question so they arent supposed to get IMBRA RFE!!!!

Using the new form I129F was mailed on 07/20/06 and the check was cashed on 07/28/06. Is there a way to get your receipt number off the back of the check? Waiting right now for NOA1.

Just as I finished this post went and checked the mail and NOA1 was in the mailbox. So official date of receipt for NOA1 is 07/26/06.

i just sentin my new I-129 form today. Hopefully I get and NOA-1 quickly and hopefully I dont get any RFE.

Dear VJers!!!

The purpose of this thread is to figure out whether NBC is approving only people with old I-129F form or they are also working on new ones? If they are NOT processing new, IMBRA-ready, forms, then, when they start and we start getting touched this thread will help us alot. To achieve that we all have to update our signatures immdiately as soon as case is worked on or "touched". So.............. I can say, "Please help me help you".

Great Idea!!. I will keep eye on my case now that i have it registered online with USCIS.GOV. I will update my siggie as far as I-129f is concerned and will let you guys know. May god reunite us soon!

I believe that I have the earliest NOA1 for the new I-129(f) form. It is dated 6/26/06. I was last touched on 7/7/06.

I've been meaning to update my timeline (and will, promise).

My I-129F receipt date is 03-JUL-2006.

I was able to sign up for the online status no problem.

Both the I-130 and I-129F have not been touched and no RFE received; I'm hoping they never will and just get approved.

Perhaps by September an approval will be received? One can pray!

My wife is in Kenya, so we'll be dealing with the US Consulate in Nairobi. Having been there twice, I'm not optomistic about the speed in which they'll operate.

I figure once all of the paperwork is in and it is sitting at the Consulate (as I'm sure it will), I'm going to call in the hounds of my US Representative to blow through the stagnation and getter done.

I won't call in the big dogs until all of our obligations have been met (i.e. we've done all we're being asked to do in order to live the rest of our lives together), but they will be called in and I will show no mercy at that point.

wow i wished I lived in Vermont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If I did, they would be working on my case since my Noa1 date is July 21st and a July 20th date received a touch

Can someone clear up what "touched" means in the time-lines ?

We have I-129F reciept notice from June and haven't heard anything since execpt a request for additional evidence. Our A# begins MSC - am i right to think this is processed by NBC and should I pay any attention to this:
