Hi;

First, congratulations to all who have gotten K3 approvals. :dance::dance::dance:

All of them had IMBRA RFEs involved, though.

I am calling everyone who used the NEW I-129F FORM (WITH IMBRA QUESTIONS ON IT) to use this thread to share our situations and timelines. That will give us an idea of how we are being processed. Thanks.

Hi I am in your group but you are ahead of me(meaning your NOA1 date) . The only thing I have so far is an NOA1 date of July 21 from CSC. I have not been touched or anything like that . When did the new forms come out? I think I saw some approvals(NOA2) for a couple of people who had NOA1 dates in May orearly June. Those people probally did not had IMBRA new form. You are correct there is someone working on our (main load) group. Check it out in the search !

Hiya ae4ever,i think we used the new I-129F form.And hey by the way,our lawyer checked with our 2 receipt number with the USICS today-- our first receipt number is correct which is 19 JUL.(not 20 JULY). Our lawer also told us that we will get our next notice before middle of OCT.So hopefully this whole process can be done around FEB 2006 :D

NEW I-129F was up on USCIS website as of June 16th, 2006.

Hmm if K3 gets approved in mid Oct. It should be done by Dec., depending on your Consulate. My guess is to get NOA2 in late sep. and done in late Dec.

We also sent the new form to NBC in chicago on June 24 2006 and got the NOA1 July 21 2006. I read in other threads that some people who sent the new form are still getting the RFE. Looking at the time lines it looks as the people we sent the new form are getting the RFE about one month from the time that they get the NOA1. Did any one else notice this pattern?

If our k3 gets approved in SEP or OCT,my consulate(Guang zhou) will need maxi 5 months time to process till the interview though. But meantime, we can prepare other document during the waitting time,(i am currently waitting for my UK and malaysia police record ...) Anyway,hope everything goes well!~ :whistle:

:yes: Yes,i noticed that,they got the RFE about 1 month after the NOA1 .

I am keeping the faith that I will receive my NOA2 by the end of Sept. or early Oct. by the middle of Oct. I expect my application to have gone from NVC and at the consulate. I have a theory as well. I think there is one individual working with certain embassies or countries. Of course , each service center is also going at their own pace. Some employee are fast and some are slow

Thats it?

I am sure there are other K3 people who filed new form. Please post!!!!!!

I filed the new I-129 on 7/17/2006, it was received on 7/18/2006.

My notice date on the receipt is 7/21/2006, but I actually received it on 7/24/2006. :D

I am, I guess, giving it 30 days to hear from them.... nothing yet :whistle: . I am having the same problem as some of the other VJ members as far as entering the 13 characters on the uscis website to track my case so I wouldn't know if it has been touched or anything like that. I hope I dont get an RFE, nobody feels like adding another month or so to this already extremely lenghty process <_< . And before anybody says anything, I know there is nothing I can do, I still dont want to be bothered with "anything extra".

For those who have been issued an RFE, if you don't mind me asking, what kind of "stuff" are they asking of you? I started to send in a whole bunch of "extra stuff" with my form. I listened to the members here and only sent what they asked for. I will not blame anyone for anything if I do get an RFE. Please forgive me if I seem a little uptight :angry: , I just want my (L) husband (L) , that's all. :crying::crying:

Pray with me Forrest! Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here..... Dear God, make me a bird so I can fly far. Far, far away from here!
