That sounds boring & stoosh!

that's putting it in a nice way...his fiancee asked me to help with the food and music selection and when her mother called us "savages" and said we spoke "chibberish" I got up and walked away from the table -- of course she later said she was just joking and trying to lighten the mood...whatevah

There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore... and who always will.

So, don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it to your future.

Wow. My husband wanted to go back as SOON as possible. The day we got the AP in the mail he was ready to book the trip. Then we both plan on going back later this year.

My hubby wants to go back when we do the AOS for the CR1 which will be 2011 August he said then he will be ready with his 10 year green card.

WTH :wow: are you serious, my hubby loved it and so I wanted to incorporate American and jamaican culture thats whAt happens when you get married to someone outside your culture. :wow:

That's what we did too. The menu was Jamaican, the drinks were tropical (rum punch, mojitos & red stripes) & most of the music we wanted to be reggae & dancehall. The American part was our guests!

Mrs. P -- she's not the first and I'm sure she won't be the last DUMBA$$ -- we went through the same thing last year when my cousin married the lady he went to college with in the states. His fiancee family was a bit too stooshie for me, but we were all there to have a good time. Well, would you know that her uncle cut the mic when one of MY uncle was talking...mi seh one piece a war nearly bruck out

Girl Praise God indeed! It's not the best job--but it's a job, and will definitely begin to build up his American resume. Plus, he can get benefits and I'm like WHOOO HOOO cause adding him to my health benefits was gonna be an extra $300 every 2 weeks outta my check! :crying:

My husband called me this Sunday at the Superbowl party :whistle: I had a GREAT TIME! I told him he's always known that I can throw 'em back!
