Why my hubby call his daughter and was speakign to her, when the BM got on the phone and asked when am I coming for her. And if I forgot about her or want him all to hisself.

My hubby told her She dont make the decisions about my daughter so If you got something to say tell me what you want to say.

She said its taken wayyyyyyyyy to long for him to get the baby, and he said we waiting on a interview date.

So yall know we really are. they completed the case on February 8th and we were waiting for an interview date and they fill up quick for march.

So they said we have to wait til March for a April date.

So why she tell him dont call back til he got a date on when he coming, and for him to just send the money. and she hung up the phone

Finally got all our AOS paperwork off 2/1, we got the Noas and went in early for the biometrics. My hubby has about 3 job offers he cannot wait to get to work. From what I am reading it is normally approved about a month after biometrics?

Also does anyone have any experience or heard of anyone traveling on an AP before the AOS is approved. My husbands father is not well, and we wanted to go see him by the end of March. I hope it come through by then.

She dont have no problems other than that because she know my husband is a good father and she dont punk him at all , but she just went to the left with this one yesterday.

We had biometrics on Dec 23 and still no AOS approval. But we also had an RFE that caused a 3-4 week delay. There are some who filed close to when I did who have been approved (like Thompson2). The few in that # didn't have RFEs.

I mean, yes, she will be with her dad and a new family who will love her up real good but still she is acting like the chile is a burden(sp)... guess not everyone has that maternal spirit.

Example:Once when my hubby was still in Jamaica, The baby stayed with him on every weekend and on this particular weekend he had to go to work on Monday and the baby had to go to school.

He called her to say he was bringing her back home from the weekend this was around 7pm , do you know that she left about 15 minutes lata and went to a party and had him sitting in front on her house until 1am in the morning.

Girl that day he wanted to kill her

She is a party animal and to me just need a break for a year or two is what she thinking, but hubby said she aint going back anytime soon. Until her mother can be a better role model for her and get a job and education. This is her time I hope she takes advantage of it.

I think to her she is a burden for some reason, and she said last week that she went to the school to ask the teacher why is the baby so rude at home. the teacher said wow she is rude at home she is a well behaved child at school.

Dont get me wrong I love that baby to death, and she love me also, every time my hubby talks to her she tells him "Put my B____ on the phone" i would love for her to be my baby permanently, but she has a mother and I have 2 other kids so my time in limited. If she dont want her she need to make it known so I can have my baby for good and adjust my life that way. its a difference from visiting for a year and staying forever.

OPPS .. I meant not the AOS but he needs the EAD to work, I think that is approved in about a month right? He is so tired of sitting on his hands and doing nothing, he cannot wait to work. He was working off the books, but got laid off

I think a month is about right. Our biometrics was scheduled on Jan 4. We walked in on Dec 23. EAD was approved on Feb 2 & card received Feb 11.

So from the scheduled biometrics date until approval was about 1 month.
