how long did it take those of you who married in JA to get your marriage license???

Hey Cara! First of all--CONGRATULATIONS again! I am so happy for u guys! I believe that I received the marriage license about 2-3 weeks after we got married. Once u get the license, I would also have Richard file for another in town cause you're gonna need another original later down the line. I think that the resort sends u 2 copies, but for whatever reason Gregory and I still needed an add'l copy! Girl get ready for this ride!!

GIRL......I know you and I need to get together!!!! I was doing the money dance earrrrrrrrly this am (cause I waited up to check my bank balance at 12:30am) I love my gubament savings account!!! I found a rt tkt to JA for next weekend for under $500 and I am using all the willpower in my body not to press the "buy" button. Next Saturday is Michaels birthday and I would luv to surprise him.....

While that would be a nice surprise, try not to go until the interview or when he's coming so you can come back with him

Joes was off the hinges last night the bill came to over $200 I invited my aunt and dad, (do you know they brought extra people) my aunt brought her daughter who is 34 (i dont know why she came and she ordered the $23 crab bucket) and her 2 grandkids, and my daddy brought his wife and my neice. Plus it was hubby, myself and my 2 kids. 11 people #######

I told hubby to pay with his cc because I didnt want no one to know I was hood rich , but it seems they already know because when the check came no one looked at it to pitch in a damn thing but thy all looked like this for 10 minutes

Yank it took up about 2 weeks but our minister made sure we had the expedite service and the extra copies for when we did immigration

While that would be a nice surprise, try not to go until the interview or when he's coming so you can come back with him

Jamerican I dont agree with this. for this process until the interview is not 30 days, its going to be a while you just got your NO2, if you have the money and you can afford to go see him do it. Its been awhile and you cant wait for no interview. Get out relax.

That's exacly why I barely go out with my sis and 3 kids coz she be talking ;bout split the bill in half, #######?? It's 1 of me and 4 of her, ppl got some nerves.. But youu gotta love 'em

Morning! I'm at the park watching Steven play a soccer scrimmage and redoing my twists.

Jamerican, he loved it: the sights, the heights, the show, and (too much) the casinos. He felt it was more like negril as far as people walking aroung all day and night, which you don't see in Houston.

*Mental note* - have steve apply at home deport, one right near our house, he could walk there

strange enough...I DONT EVEN REMEMBER....but I will ask Michael because it was sent to him. will reply later with the info....BUT...you can file with the temporary peice of paper you got the day of the ceremony from the minister....
