I wanted to thank everyone for their concern and well wishes. You all are so thoughtful!

I am so exhausted and tired, I fell asleep on the couch today for about 4 hours and I could go to bed right now. Just not sure what to do. One of Louis' coworkers just dropped her car off to me! So I can get him to work tonight and hopefully the people he works with are as nice as you all and he can get some rides to work for a little while.

I found a rt tkt to JA for next weekend for under $500 and I am using all the willpower in my body not to press the "buy" button. I've been with Verizon (back in the day "Bell Atlantic Mobile) since 1988 when I had a pager. My cell number is my old pager number and I've never had any problems with them. They've given me credit when my phone was acting funny. I never have issues with calls dropping or anything like that....just thankful cause I hear people complain about drops calls or no service in some areas.

Really, I've never had any problems with Verizon. I text all the time. Maybe it's just certain areas like a lot of the carriers, but AT&T was so crappy and still is from what I hear from friends that have the i-phone and use there service.

Evening Family! I hope everyone had a blessed day! I was not on much today...my job gave Den and I a wedding shower. We are getting ready to head to the Keith Sweat & Friends concert tonight...how ironic since I straight clowned K.S. for being too old to still be in the game but the tickets are free and we're going with another couple so what the hay, huh LOL!

WOW....I was in JA last year when he was in my area....have fun girl...does Den like his music?? I find that Michael know and loves just as much old school r&b as I do...I was soooo shocked by that...he knows all the words too!

MORING LADIES! k now that me and richard are married and once we receive our marriage license we will begin our filing so expect to see LOTs more posts from me and questions casue i am doing it myself this time without the lawyer like we did for the K-1......LOL

No warnings, just rumors - I wouldn't have a problem with it if it were across the board - but execs are getting their bonuses - I am sorry, bonuses should be cut BEFORE the raises - at the very least it should have been an across the board cost of living increase - My manager is great though, just the company sucks - although we talked about pushing through my re-eval (2 years past due) and I told him today that I want to meet with HR - because they said that 20% of my duties must fall outside of my current description to justify it - About 95% of my duties are outside of my job description, so I want to sit down and go through line by line and then let them justify why my job hasn't changed.

Interestingly enough, I got two recruiter calls today

I hope so too Irie, We will pray that God makes a way for you and Louis! I know what its like to not have a vehicle. My car got hit this year and the daggone woman was high on meds. She didn't even have insurance.
