Congrats to those who got there NOA-2 :)

I got my NOA -1 on NOV 20th 2009 and have had only one touch on 12-01-09 since then.

Any clue when mine will be approved or touched ago? I hope soon.

I applied at the CSC and my fiance is a Indian citizen.

Look forward to your reply.

If you create a timeline (My Assistant>>Add/Edit My Timeline) you will see a possible adjudication date - my guess is, it will come in at around the end of Feb/beginning of March.

My NOA1 date is Nov 6 and my application hasn't been touched since 11/12. (I filed at VSC). Hang in there.

There is a thread for November 2009 filers at CSC if you want to compare your experience with other people with similar dates to yours who've filed at CSC.

Good luck.

10/22/09 mailed the I-130 packet

10/28/09 NOA1

11/04/09 mailed the I-129F

11/09/09 NOA1

11/10/09 Touched :P

02/09/10 Touched (I will this to be my approval)

I think that you are just a few weeks behind me (would be helpful if you filled in your timeline)... keep faith, your approval will come soon. I have seen some ppl get an approval with out a single touch and then I have seen some with 7 + touches before the approval comes... It is so hard waiting, the not knowing whats going on... we are all here in it together.
