I was also touched on the 28th and my RFE return day is the 11th...Good luck this week everyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

03/11/2006 - Engagement.

04/13/2006 - sent I-129F

04/17/2006 - I-129F delivered

04/20/2006 - NOA1

07/28/2006 - Touched07/31/2006 - Touched (NOA2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

08/01/2006 - E-mail NAO2 saying i was approved 31st

08/18/2006 - Packet 3 sent to Consulate

12/28/2006 - Interview (it's going to be a lonely Christmas)

12/29/2006 - Picket up Visa , one way ticket to Dallas!!!!!

AOS Process

03/06/2007 - AOS process starts (D.O.R.A) Submit application and Interview

04/06/2007 - Biometrics

we have never been touched last touch was June 22, 2006 (CSC)

My Daugther's IR2 Visa Timeline

October 03 -2011- Sent the Application for I-130 Package

October 07 -Receieved USCIS acceptance of Application by e-mail

October 12 -Received Notice of Action by Mail

April 27, 2012 -Finally Petition is approved!

May 03, 2012 -Received NOA 2 in the mail

What do you mean by the 11th? Is that the date USCIS has on their website as being the official RFE recieved date for you?

haven't been touched by VT since july 14th. i keep checking on the USCIS website every day, crossing my fingers for a change in the "last updated" date. no such luck... and i'm getting impatient! :crying:

I was tapped...my official RFE date was 7/7.

Well we were touched again today also. Our RFE was was July 11th and our first touch was July 28th and now again on July 31st. I think I see a pattern forming, I hope so.

2005-02-08: met in yahoo

2005-02-20: started talking on the phone

2005-06-24: met for the first time in Hongkong

2005-06-25: engagement!!!

2005-08-10: started working on the annulment

2005-10-17: first visit in the philippines

2006-02-28: Got my final decree of the annulment

2006-03-03: second visit in the philippines

2006-03-16: sent I-129F to CSC

2006-03-24: received NOA1

2006-06-23: received IMBRA RFE

2006-06-24: third visit in the philippines to celebrate

our anniversary

2006-07-06: IMBRA RFE reply

2006-07-28: Touched!

2006-07-31: Touched Again! (Morning)

2006-07-31: NOA2 Approved!!!
