NVC mailing room

On February 4 , FED EX delivery my RFE to NVC , but today is February 9 , and i still have same old message on NVC automated voice recording.

I call NVC and ask them what is going on, lady on the phone told me that, do my letter is probably in mailing room,, but how i will now for sure, maybe is not in mailing room, maybe they lost it, just like they lost my wife court certificate.

So did anybody know how long time will take for NVC to put my document into system

I know its hard but try not to worry about it. I overnighted my docs on a saturday so it would definately be there by Monday morning but they did not enter it into their system till the end of the week on a friday afternoon. I believe your docs are there but they recieve a LOT of mail so it may take some time. Dont judge by someone elses timeline or post how long these things take and just be rest assured that it will show up eventually and hopefully sooner than later.
