I-130 for sons and daughters

Hi all, I have a question for my Aunt who is a USC. She filed an I-130 for her sons and daughter and one of them received a letter saying that the files has already been transferred to NVC and that he has to send the DS-3032. When my aunt filed the petition, her son was still single but he is now married and have a son

My questions is:

1. Will the wife and son be able to immigrate with him?

2. Does my aunt need to provide I-864 for his son's wife and son too?

3. Is the processing at NVC for this category as fast as the IR-5?

03/25/10 : Interview letter received (May 6, 2010)

04/27/10 : Medical - need to do Sputum Test (2 month delay)

08/01/10 : Visa Delivered

sure, but not under the current preference category... once NVC learns he is married he will be adjusted from family first to family third. This will add about 3 years to the processing

So does my aunt need to contact NVC and let them know that her son got married and have a son? How does it work so they can immigrate with him?

she must notify the NVC with the marriage certificate. If it's not in English she must send a copy in the original language with a copy of the English translation, and a copy of the petition, and a letter stating now he is married.

He will go down to F3, married child of a USC.

Thanks! So they already submitted the DS-3230. Do they have to wait for NVC to acknowledge or does my aunt need to send a follow up letter with the marriage certificate? What's the process for this?
