Please Advice About about Brother to brother Approval for I130 forworded to the NVC in Dec 31,2009 they wrote in the letter that my brother received that they have sent the original visa petition to the NVC to process all approved immigrant visa petitions that need consular action , and they said that the NVC will contact me (beneficiary) with in 3 months from the said previous date , please tell me the estimated time to get all the visa process done and what is the steps in this case ,please anyone knows any informations about this case please inform me and i ll be gratful

ok the way i understood that you are USC and u filled i 130 for your brother with uscis and its approved Dec 20009 and they transfered it to NVC correct?if that is the case NVC does inform you that they have recieved the visa petition visa # is not availiable yet NVC will contact you when visa # becomes available or about to become availiable .

sorry to inform you brother that your brother got long way to go to get a visa you are talkin like good 7 or 8 years depending on what country you from.what you can do is check visa bulletin http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin...letin_4659.html and see what dates they are workin on your is family visa 4th catogary.gudluck....

iam from egypt and i relly can't understand what they men in the link above visa bulletin can you tell me what exactly they mean , and is this mean that iam going to wait for 4 more years to get the visa , i just understand that they will contact me within 3 months to complete the visa process

what is your priority date? from now on you have to check on the visa bulletin every month. they will store your i130 until your priority date become available, it takes more or less 11 to 13 years, now they are adjusting petitions that were filed in January of 2000, I believe.

it depends on when your brother filed for you.
