Exactly what shots will be given and what shots will be required when she gets here?

Most say she will need TD shot and a second MMR?

Doesn't she also need the Hepatitus shot as well? How can she get all three shots that are required if the medical exam is just a two day thing? Very confused anyone?

here's a list of the required vaccinations.

Vaccination Requirements

All applicants for immigrant visas are required to have the following vaccinations if appropriate for age, medical condition or medical history:

Mumps

Measles

Rubella

Polio

Tetanus and diptheria toxoids

Pertussis

Influenza type B

Hepatitis B

Varicella

Pneumococcal

these can all be taken at the medical at St Lukes. they're included in the cost. if taken at the medical, will not have to take them again here.

But isn't the HEpa shot a series of 3 shots that have to be taken 1 month apart? How can they give her every shot needed for hepa in just two days?

I think you will find that those are not all required. Some of them have stipulations on when they are required such as age. You will also find that they do not have all the required vaccinations available at St Luke's and you will have to get the missing vaccinations prior to AOS and have a civil surgeon complete a vaccination supplement once you are in the US.

Upon her medical exam at St. Luke's, she will be given MMR and varicella (unless she had chickenpox before). She will need a TD shot here in US and a second MMR (which will depend what will be the record information on her Vaccination Documentation Worksheet from St. Lukes). On my case, second MMR is required and TD shot.
