Congrats to all February AOS Filers! I would like to ask regarding the I-864 form required supporting documents. My husband only attached the 2008 Federal Income Tax return and W-2 also in 2008. Is it enough? Is it necessary to attach my husband's certificate of employment? Any advice would greatly be appreciated...I am about to mail my AOS this week but i wanna make sure that we wont get any RFE..God bless to everyone.

Hi there! Yes, it's enough to just attach the 2008 tax return with W2's and any 1099 associated with the tax return. We also included my husband's employment letter on top of that for the I-864. So it sounds like you're good to go! Good luck! :thumbs:
