Nothing relevant when I searched for it. How did you hear about it? was it requested in a letter from USCIS?

I searched again and I keep getting some temperature sensor with this name. :wacko:

Unless someone else has a clue, maybe you should call USCIS help line and see if they can clarify that for you. If they can't, then I suggest scheduling an Infopass appointment and talk to an officer there.

I-1722 seems to refer to an IRS letter that documents information on the return that you have filed. From the discussion in the forums below, it seems people back in 2004 were familiar with the form but could be obsolete now.

That is what USCIS refer to the IRS tax transcripts as. If you take the IRS tax transcripts for the years they want the 1722 for you will be OK.

The IRS transcripts are free - and you can ask them to mail them as well as fax them, if you have a fax machine near by.

Maybe you should take the ones from the IRS office so they don't get too picky and have an excuse to fail you.
