i'm confused here..... we've already filed our i-130 and i-485 (concurrently). Just wondering if i need to file an i-129f as well. Called customer service line, they said not to. Did some research here and on uscis.gov, and now i'm just very confused........ what to i do? :unsure:

I-130/I-485/I-765 timeline

April 21, 2006- We get married in the Florida Keys

June 07, 2006- Medical done

June 26, 2006- We send off I-130 and I-485 Package concurrently

June 30, 2006- Received NOA1 for I-130 and I-485

July 13, 2006- Received Biometrics appt for 1-485

July 14, 2006- I-130/AOS Touch

July 16, 2006- sent 1-765 (e-file)

July 21, 2006- Received NOA for EAD

July 22, 2006- Received RFE in mail

July 24, 2006- Received Biometrics appt for EAD

July 27, 2006- Biometrics for AOS/AOS Touch

August 05, 2006- Biometrics for EAD

August 08, 2006- Sent RFE

August 11, 2006- Email that RFE was received/AOS Touch

August 16, 2006- AOS Touch

August 28, 2006- Letter in mail re: initial interview (Oct 16)

September 22/25, 2006- EAD Touch

September 26, 2006- EAD Approved!

September 30, 2006- EAD card arrived

October 02, 2006- Applied for SSN/EAD touch

October 07, 2006- Received SSN

October 09, 2006- Got a job!

October 16, 2006- AOS Interview. Approved pending name clearance.... ggrrr

October 21, 2006- I-485/I-130 Touch

October 22, 2006- I-765 Touch (why??)

November 18, 2006- I-485 Touch

January 22, 2007- I-130 and I-485 approved!!

Febrauary 02, 2007- Green Card in hand :)

January 15, 2009- request to remove conditional status sent

February 02, 2009- Our baby boy is born!! :)

March 13, 2009- Biometrics appt

June 3, 2009- request for more evidence received :(

If you are here in the states then there is no need for you to file the I 129. If you are in Canada waiting to enter you might want to consider it. This is a controversial topic.

10 Nov mailed I 129F to TSC

16 Nov 29 Nov Notice date

3 Dec Received NOA 1

3 Jan 05 Please I just want to be touched

3 may 05 NOA2 E mail notification

7 May 05 Mail NOA2

11 May 05 sent petition to Bogota

18 May Packet 3 arrived

19 May Checklist taken to consulate

31 May Packet 4 delivered

29 June visa granted

1 July Visa delivered

Sometime in July Lucero came to US

13 Sept 05 Married

1 Nov 05 -USCIS recieved 485 and EAD

13 December RFE stupid things I should have included Returned very quickly

27 March received bio letter for New Orleans

7 Apr_06 Bio done in New Orleans

20 April 06 Touched on all applications

21 April Email received EAD approved

27 Apr Received EAD card

30 May 2006 Received appointment letter for JaX on 13 July 2006

13 July Interview successful approved

20 July Received green card

30 June 08 Sent I751 to remove conditions

25 July 08 Application returned erroneously incorrect fee

27 July mailed new application with separate checks

15 Sept 08 Application returned erroneously K2 not within 90 day timeframe

17 Sept Mailed 3rd application with mountains of proof of error copied Senator Mel Martinez

09 October 4th application package sent. This time they said the app signature page was a copy

10 Oct Sent package again 4th time.

25 Oct Received another NOA for Wife with $625 for the amount with one year extension

30 Oct 2008 Still nothing for step daughter. Checks still haven't cleared the bank

24 November Checks finally cleared the bank

February biometrics for wife Nothing for daughter.

Not a lot of info to go on. Im assuming you got married in the US and are filing to adjust status??????? Or is your wife still in Canada. Your info also states K-3 so this confuses things even more. Can you clarify please.

Got married in US...... i (the wife of usc) am in US now..... filing to adjust status. Filed i-130 and 1-485 together.

Ok, so it wasnt entry via a K-1 or K-3? That being the case, if you read HERE it will clear up for you the forms that you only need to submit.
