Timeline

I am filling out the paper work for change of status and for work, and travel papers I have read to send them all in together I live in Pittsburgh PA where do they go and should they all go together with the check for 1010?

Chicago lockbox. It's on the form instructions.

For most folks, all of the above would go to the Chicago lockbox address (page 6 of the I-485 instructions) when submitting all together.

Its states current I94 we got married but it is now expired think there will be any problems

Yes - you will need to wait until either the EAD or PR/Green Card are issued in order to apply now. Must have at least 14 days remaining on the I-94.

Thanks for quick response but Im stil a little confuse i want to send all paper work in now i485 i131, i765 and the i864 can i not start this due to it being 0ver 90 days and if so how should i go forward>

Use the same translation copy you used when she brought her BC to the interview. If not, then get it translated and "certified" by the tranlator that they are proficient at translation and it is an accurate translation of the original BC.

Im being a pain I know but do I have to do the forms for income support again, and what all needs notorized
