I-131 cocurrent with I-485, WHAT IS THE FEE?

Hi everybody,

I am going to file I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765 all together soon. But I am confused about the fee I should send in.

I-130 is $355, no question about this.

I-485 is $1010, and I can fil I-765 with it for free.

What about I-131? Should I pay $305 for it, or it is free to send I-131 with I-485?

hello, when you file the I-485 you can file BOTH the I-765 and I-131 without paying the additional fees, you only pay the $1010 and it will cover all 3

why are you asking this qn when it was answered above?? The only difference being the AOS fee is now $1070.
