Ok so for the I-131- I'll need my passport photocopied but it doesn't say anything in the instructions about a passport style photo.

For the I-175 I'll need 2 passport style photos plus my passport photocopied again.

For the I-485 I'll need 2 passport style photos + passport photocopied

For the I-130 I'll need 1 passport style photo + passport photocopied

Is this correct??? I have my medical tomorrow and I was wondering if I need to bring any passport style photos there? Thank you

Based on what you just listed - you may benefit from the following Guide if you've not seen it already. (I do not believe you'll need a photo for the civil surgeon.)

Hey MjHawk,

You need 7 passport photos of the immigrant if you are filing all of the following:

I-130 (1 pic)

I-485 (2 pics)

I-765 (2 pics)

I-131 (2 pics)

You also need 1 pic of the US citizen for the I-130...

Also just an fyi don't worry too much how they look (I remember picking the best ones for the I-485 & I-765 thinking they were my gc/ead pics lol! ) - the passport pics don't appear on anything... At least mine didn't they take a new pic at the biometrics interview that goes on all your ead, AP etc...
