how will someone write invitation to invite his/her long friend to come to America for joint business....what are the documents I need to able to file in an application for a visa....I need someone who has an expirience in this area to help me...thank you

It depends what the friend will do in the joint business; for example if they invest more than 500'000 dollars, there is an investors visa. If they will be employed as a high level manager, an L visa might suit...

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

That's right. FYI though, there's really no way to use this as a way to circumvent the fiancee or spouse visa process. The standards are quite high.
