Saturday Feb 6 we received six NOA1s in the mail from USCIS.

Three for Alla's GC, EAD & AP filing and three for Leonid's.

Mailing date was Jan 29 via USPS Priority Tyvek envelope and notice date is Feb 4.

And after two full months together, everything is still a "Happy Movie"!!!

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Nice!

Time flies by, eh? It was just like yesterday when your signature still used to say 5K miles apart :)

Good stuff on those NOAs!

Слава Україні!

You would think there'd be a way to sign up for "paperless-NOA" to save some cash, especially with SIX of them!

Glad to hear all's going well. Enjoy!

Biometrics will be next, but you should be able to make a walk in infopass appointment and go in with your receipts and do it when you want. Wewaited until we got the biometrics appointment letter, and then instead of waiting for the appointment, just make an infopass and go in. Also when you get your interview appointment letter (if you get one) you can make an infopass and go in and ask them to move that up also. It can shave several weeks off the process time.

Sounds like you're planning to violate some child labor laws!
