Hello everybody, the strange of the situation is that if you have 6 years of being married, Why the heck did you filled that you are requesting the U.S. citizenship on based of a 3 year marriage? you had to request the U.S. citizenship that you have been U.S. resident during 5 years, and that is it; so first of all, you are marking off the spot that is not the appropiate for your case. You don't have to mention your wife for nothing, they are not going to bother your wife for nothing, you don't have to show up any strange interview with your wife for nothing!, I really don't know why you performed that mistake of showing up with your wife, if you really did that or at least is true what you are stating here!, thanks and bye,

Married for six years was stated, but how long has the original poster been a lawful permanent resident? He never stated that, nor has he stated where, in what city, town, or country his interview was held. Is just talking about when they had sex last where is answer did not co-relate with what his wife answered.

Has any else on the board been questioned when they had sex last?

The only thing in all the processes with went through, was the USCIS was interested in that we were living in the same home together, saving money and paying bills together, were living in the USA for the predetermined length of time, were married long enough, at least three years before sending our N-400 in, and most important, that we were paying IRS taxes together. Maybe their idea of sex is paying taxes together.

We were not even questioned about our marriage certificate that stated this marriage certificate is not valid until it was consummated. Thought for sure they would ask about that, but was never brought up, never, ever. But paying taxes together sure was.

Would be very helpful to other board members if you would least state what office that is asking these questions of you, least we have an idea of your time line, how long you have had your green card to be specific.
