B/S The Members did try and help and all he's coming up with is #######...

Several times ask him for his timeline and still he has not....

we are not 100% sure it was a N-400 Interveiw he took..

This is true. Although, the thread title is claiming n400. We are all giving the OP our opinions, and it is his choice and responsibility to answer questions we ask. So far, I didn't see any answers, so until that happens, I can choose not to reply anymore.... it is that simple.

Maybe you should consult with some immigration lawyer and see what they will recommend. They should be able to assess your situation since what happened to you doesn't fall in the 'normal' realm of naturalization interview process...

For general information, which field office are you dealing with, just the city and state. Would be interesting if other VJ members dealt with that same field office. Your home country is optional, but at times, prejudices do exist for certain home countries.

True that, I tried to honestly get some info so many times, but this doesn't make any sense, I kind of think that Jakson is fony, this isn't a real post!

Hi Jakson,

Sorry to hear about your situation, considering the fact that you provided the joint evidence about your marriage too.

I found it a bit odd that they would interview the both of you together (they don't usually do that for N-400 interviews..) and that they asked you and your wife about your intimate relations...

Lol....For my interview, they didn't allow my husband to be in the interview room with me...Nor did they ask about our intimate relations (lol..then again, we have a child together....enough said....lol...guess that was proof enough for them.....)

Maybe your case was an "exception to the rule" or something like that? Either that, or the officer had a bad day? lol....

Frankly, I think that the part about intimate relations is a bit too personal, but in ways, I understand why they would ask such.

It's one thing to put a person's name on bills, accounts, leases/mortgages, tax statements, etc., (which you can pretty much put anyone's name on such, and can be easily falsified..and does not necessarily prove a "genuine loving marriage/relationship"....)

But it's another thing to say that one has "intimate relations" which can't be falsfiifed as easily, even though no paper proof of such exists.....

I think the officer in your case went a bit too far, when they asked you and your wife, "When was the last time".....

But if the officer were to say, "Did you have....", I don't think it is too out of line there...

Frequency=None of your business.....Did or Did not=Answer accordingly...yes or no.....

Lol..Reminds me of Bill Clinton...When he answered...."I did not have sexual relations....".......

If I were you, I would contact your senator/congressman/ombudsman to see if they can help your case here.

Worse case scenario, you apply again, and you still have permanent residency regardless.

Best case scenario, they approve your case and you become a US Citizen....

Hope this helps. Good luck with the rest of your journey too.

P.S. "The Proposal" movie is purely fictional.......Lol...If only immigration were that easy!...

Dude...

Im being nice as possible to you...

You give half cocked up stories and think people are mind readers..

We have ask for your timeline several times now and still you havent done so....unless you want to play stubid of not knowing what a timeline is..

Just in case you don't know what a timeline is....it's the members signature which normally goes underneath a members post...look under my signature,..you see all my dates and when/where..it just gives a general history status of each members post..

It Like your taking the piss man, or just acting stubid..

There must have been a valid reason why your N-400 interveiw was with you and your usc wife....simple as that, cas that is not the Norm..

and even more so, i have never heard of a I/O ask at interveiw about when was the last time you had sex..NEVER....even though he/she has every right to ask such Questions.....it maybe over stepping the line, but still they have the right...

Your in front of a keyboard and still you can't convince me and other's.....so if you can't show us your on the up and up (legal) then can you imgine how the Immigration officer feels?

You need to do a lot more....or get yourself a good Lawyer who understands you better than members in this Forum....

sorry guys....im not pissing about anymore now...i've had my chips now..

anyway now me and my wife we make NOTE in my CALENDAR when we have sex evrey time :_)))

coz iwant make sure not forget again:)))

Keeping track of when you have sex now won't make any difference if you were already denied, and if further fraud is found, you can be deported. Regarding the N-400 manual and instructions, nothing is mentioned about keeping track of when you have sex as evidence as to a relationship, but nothing was mentioned either about bringing in a worthless piece of evidence such as a utility bill, I can personally verify the latter, could take the USCIS to court on this matter, but just did it.

If they want a calendar showing the dates you had sex, wouldn't surprise me as some IO's make the rules up as they go along. But if you are making this up, you are providing a major disservice to other members of this board.

You failed to present you timeline, country of origin, or the field office you claim to have experienced this. If you refuse to post this information, feel this entire thread should be deleted, as fraud.

We take these issues seriously, least I do, and presenting fraud into the section of the board would equally consider this a serious offense. We are here to help, not to hinder.

Should I say thank you for pointing out for future N-400 applicants to memorized their sex dates? Sure most that responded to your post are mystified by this request as well of both of you attending your USC interview. Unless you are posting this in the wrong section, maybe you should be in the AOS sections of this board.

And why won't you post your field office and your time line?

God Bless america

Hello everybody, the strange of the situation is that if you have 6 years of being married, Why the heck did you filled that you are requesting the U.S. citizenship on based of a 3 year marriage? you had to request the U.S. citizenship that you have been U.S. resident during 5 years, and that is it; so first of all, you are marking off the spot that is not the appropiate for your case. You don't have to mention your wife for nothing, they are not going to bother your wife for nothing, you don't have to show up any strange interview with your wife for nothing!, I really don't know why you performed that mistake of showing up with your wife, if you really did that or at least is true what you are stating here!, thanks and bye,
