Hello all,

My wife and I got married on Jan 9 - her K visa expired on Jan 27. We are no filling out I-765 app for employment and I really need some help with what to enter for Question 15 "current Immigration status" and question 16 what categorie should I enter?

Please help :)

Per the example forms here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...p;page=examples

Current immigration status is "K-1".

Eligibility Category is ( C )( 9 ) ( )

If you follow the example forms you should be fine.
