B2 visa while waiting for I-130

My wife recently purchased a home in Aruba, we plan on using it as a vacation home once she joins me here in the United States. Do you think it is enough ties along with her job to get a visa so that she could visit me before she gets her immigrant visa? I just miss her so much and I can't get time off right now from my job.

A job, with a letter indicating an expected return date, and a lease/mortgage are certainly strong ties. The more you have the better, think of things like utility bills for the home, bank accounts, etc.
