The last we heard about our EAD application was in our NOA on April 17. We called USCIS and were useful as muck and said to make an appointment with Infopass which we already have done.

The USCIS said that infopass would be able to issue us another temp EAD at our appointment. Is this true? has anyone ever had this happen or heard of such a thing?

It would be perfect to get that temp EAD for 90 days at our appointment because we have our GC interview in a few weeks and if all goes well, we will have our GC by the time the temp EAD runs out.
