I am sorry Leslie, i wish there was something to say, i was going crazy because of the time it is taking, i felt worst that this month there are people with interview from March, not that i dont want them to have it, happy for them, but i started this first and look, the sent me to Sept...

My poor baby is sick, pink eye, he didnt go to work, of course... i feel better i am not there, lol... just kidding...

Drinking my coffee and going to work in the afternoon, i just hate it... my mom is here cleaning the apartment, she will drive me crazy for the rest of the week, but i love her anyway... i just imagine her visiting me and saying how my house needs to be run... oh yee! thank God i just say yes and dont pay attention if is not the way i want it.

LOl, i dont think you will want her, she does not come to clean but she is never satisfy with what anybody does if is not her, and promise i am more than happy to have her doing that for me, even if i have to listen to her yelling at me couse things are not donne the way she said is the best way...

I wont see honey until the interview, maybe 15sept, but is fine, at least we finally know something...

PD. I was doing my hair thingy for my wedding, is cheaper to do it myself than buy it...

We are doing our own hairs as well, I have my two bridesmaids and flower fairy...and mine of course. Ive made all our head dresses and jewellery...and the flowers...and the cake...lol...but its all fun as well as the fact that I like to have just what I want. lol bit of a control freak with somethings. It has been cheaper maybe a lickle bit But I love my head dresses for all of us

As for seeing Ken again...11 days now and counting....we havent seen each other since April, this is the longest we have been apart since him being Iraq but our time is close and we are both very excited, I am not scared at all about the interview esp as he is with me...Im so lucky. Im bursting to see him again. Actually this time in two weeks is the interview and it is now 11.20am here in the UK (6.20am in the US) our appiontment is at 9.00am....so with any luck we should be finished, if not close to being finished at the interview this time in two weeks When we come out of that Embassy.....with our approval (positive mental attitude see lol) OMG that will be some amazing emotion and relief, of that I am sure as well!!!

Back in country. POE was so easy, it was laughable. Landed at Dulles, got to immigration. I went with Vika to non-resident line. Officer knew his stuff. He took the packet and did it all right there at the booth. Less then 5 minutes, done. Waiting on next flight. Everyone have a good weekend. I'll be too busy to bust y'alls chops.

Glad the POE was easy for you, poacher. Ours was easy as pie, too, although he was one of the last to leave from his flight so the butterflies in the arrivals gate were killing me and every guy with long hair looked like him from afar.

I'm looking at the Adjustment of Status stuff and getting a headache already.. another $930 or so, lucky us. At least the nearest USCIS office to us seems to churn them out in 80 days or so.. but this is us we're talking about, even our RFE took forever, so we're prepared to be patient.

I bet you're totally excited to see your man soon, UK! I love the few days before you're going to see your better half, everything just seems so much better.

We actually did think of having the 'wedding vehicle' be my motorcycle, but decided the helmets might interfere with her veil.

The living room and half of the house is re-arranged already, although I'll admit, it does look better. She is still a little at odds with staying in a house versus the apartment buildings in Belarus, but we eat outside every day, where the lack of neighbors is appreciated. It's so nice now to only need to use Skype to talk to her family and not each other, I have no words.

PS - The second kharkov leaves, the thread gets all girly again, what's up with that?

lol gets all girly....I guess it does, Im please you guy are doing well. I am sure the change is going to be strange....when ever Im in the US I miss the food and the English shops...I get so mad when I read in the supermarkets...."English muffins" lol #######...they are not English muffins and it should be classed as slander....oh and by the way just to set the record straight....in England we only eat the jam, with scones...along with clotted cream and a pot of tea....we do NOT put jam on crumpets...ewwwww thats just wrong...with crumpets we have...butter...or maybe cheese...those kind of things...and by the way...the things the US call "English crumpets" are nothing like what we have here, they dont even resemble our crumpets...same as these so called "English muffins"...so if anyone does actually know where I can get some REAL Engalish crumpets or muffins then please let me know

I miss fizzy lemonade, to make my wine spritzers with...real yummy chocolate, not like this Hershey rubbish...pharrrl lol. And what about some chips...some big fluffy chips (not crappy fries lol) geesh...and wheres the fried bread gone from the cooked breakfast...lol. Ken thinks we should make a English place to eat...and sell Trifles and sunday Carverys...lol...yummy Anyway...thats what I will miss most I think, apart from my family of course lol.

we go into single figures tomorrow as to when Ken leaves for the UK...woooo hooooo.

She was Scottish, but I remember a lot of British traditions growing up. Though I do love english muffins, with American Goober Grape. Yummy!

I can't drink wine anymore. Too many drunken escapades with it in high school.

OK, Goober Grape...your kids will love it!!! It is peanut butter & grape jelly all in the same jar. They do it in stripes. Yummy! I think there is Goober Strawberry as well, but I wouldn't like that.
