Hey solmarc, where does your fiance live in NJ? Is your POE going to be Newark? I've heard a lot of good things about the airport and I'll give you a report once Peter goes through, too.

Yeah my POE is going to be Newark( if is Gods will)! Actually is a hub for my airline, Continental! Well where I work.

Yeap i try a dress last nigh, i didn't want to take it out!!! i can eat, sleep, go everywhere with it and stay with it!!! here so pics, is toooo fancy for what i want but i am love with that one...

OMG that is soooo beautiful on you, I simply adore the veil peice...are you going to get that veil to go with it as well then?? You look picture perfect.....I am sure Peter will think so too when he see you on your special day.....so pleased that you are focussed on the positive things again

Now you just need to find your pretty hair style that you want...Ive got mine choosen...I hope it looks nice...Im not posting it on here just incase Ken see's it lol.....but can send it PM if you want? Oh and then you can play around with some make up too....see what you like...ohhh and some pretty jewelery maybe...and you pretty/sexy underwear

ohhhh dont forget some shoes .....lol....how much fun....we decided to book an extra night at our hotel after the wedding actually....so now we have 2 nights alone without the darling children...and that big bubbly bath...he he he.

Oh we got good news too....(no we didnt get the interview date yet lol) but my sister is now able to make it to the wedding...wooo hooo..she can get a week out to PA to join us, she was having problems getting time off work and could not make it....but now she can...yayyyyyyyyyyyyy

That is definitely a gorgeous dress, I agree! I know how you feel, solmarc, about not wanting to take it off.. I could have spent hours in my wedding dress yesterday when I was in the store trying it on, I was finally able to walk around in it now that it's been hemmed and all and it felt so right. It didn't feel heavy on me, despite being all thick silk, but when I picked it up it felt heavy.. I'll get used to it, I'm sure.

Hair trial has been postponed until tomorrow but I'm looking forward to it. Yaaaay for being pampered.

Poacher, maybe if you show yourself around here more the girls won't start talking about girly things all the time.. we need our fearless, perverted leader to keep us on the dirty, dark track!

All this wedding dress talk makes me want to go visit my dress. Sighhhh. On a happier note...we got Scott's outfit on the w/e. He's gonna look great. Though it makes me mad that his outfit cost 1/4 of what my dress does!!!!

Well, they kept him until absolute last, and he was interviewed by 2 female CO's. They really grilled him and pushed him for more info, beyond the answers he was initially giving, and they went really deep into my background, asking him about jobs I held 10 years ago, details about my pregnancy and childbirth and the complications after birth, about my parent's divorce (which was in 1998) and my mother's remarriage, what my parents do for a living, what our daily routine is like, my first marriage- how it began, and ended, how long the separation was, how many times and when I saw my ex during the separation.. A few times, they asked him to sit back in the waiting area while they discussed him amongst themselves, and he heard one ask the other "what should we ask him next?" I got the feeling they were picking him apart and may have denied him if it wasn't for our child's sake. They really don't like K1's at Casablanca.

They told him he "passed the interview" and that he needed to get a I 864a for my stepfather, because my mom is our joint sponsor and she co-mingles her assets with his, my mom and stepdad's birth certificates to establish their citizenship, and they wanted him to return to the DR he had his medical at (and that's where he is now, I have no clue yet why he needed to go back there. I'm betting someone fudged on some paperwork )

All in all, I'm glad this part is over, but with Casablanca, I won't breathe easy until I see that visa in hand.

OMG...they really really where tough on him...woooow. He must be feeling pretty brain fried by now....poor guy. Thats one awful part of the visa appt that he must be pleased is over with. Are you over there with him?

I hope this is all over for the three of you soon and you can look forward to spending your happy life together. Stay strong and our thoughts, prayers and best wishes are definatly with you until this is over.....the day you have that well deserved visa lol. I hope its sorted quickly with the medical part, whatever it maybe....it seems so unfair sometimes that we have to prove our love to each other....I totally understand why its all done....but when your the ones doing it....it really feels unfair.
