My midget can help you with the lingerie shopping. Actually lingerie shopping is a favorite pastime of mine. "How does this look?" "I think we need to get that and get back home, quickly!" I have made one mistake though. I had purchased some things from Victoria Secrets, arrived in Kharkov, and said here are your gifts. I was rewarded by a nice fashion show. I'm a dumb*ss. I should have spread the gifts out over a few days, that way I would have been given a "show" everyday. Also, I bought her a nice bathrobe. Stupid me again. She liked it, too much. She wears it all of the time when we are in the apartment. What happened to the other things that I had given her. Well, they were hidden by the d*mn robe. I'm going to burn that robe, I swear. I should write a book for my sons on how to avoid all of the little stupid mistakes in life. Page one. "Never buy a smokinhotkova a bathrobe." I hope it doesn't make the trip here.

I keep visualizing the fashion show. Now I have to go touch myself again.

Lohninck...Congrats on the interview date! & congrats on getting to go lingerie shopping. That is 1 of my fav things to do...can't wait to do that myself. We have a great stripper store here in town that I just love. I will prob get an outfit for every nite of the honeymoon!

Tis I...back from London baby....missed you all

We had a great time in London...the medical was as awful as I thought lmao. Actually the medical was a breeze...very basic indeed and simple...problem was Tilda needed 3 injections she took the 2 I decided to get done there and then just fine...sooo brave. Then when the Dr wanted to listen to her chest she totally freaked out lol. Hit the dr and screamed the place down (thats my girl lol) Benjamin was awesome and totally helped calm her down. The shots made her groucy of course and she was really hot but other than that everything was great. We are all booked in at the local Drs now on Monday for the shots we need (mines a MMR and the childrens are Hep B) we have to have fax confirmation sent to the London medicals and then we are good to go...yayyy thank the Lord that bit is over, I feel like the most awful parent in the world lol. Putting them through yet more....lol.

While I was out in London, Ken spoke with the DOS (as he does every day lol) They have been throught the PK3 I sent them and its all good...phew!!! They are waiting for the interview date to come through now....so he will keep calling the DOS, so pleased, I was worried Id mess something up on PK3...woooo hoooo I didnt.

Great news about the interview date Christina...yayyyy. Nice to have you back Poacher....awesome news bout Vika, have you heard from David? Hope everything is going ok there too. Hows the dress hunting going Lohninck??

Thanks so much for the wishes guys I hope everyones goes as well as ours...there was NO genitals bit...no boobie lump feeling...really it was a breeze...part from Tildas out burst of course..the children came out covered in stickers, enjoyed playing in this lickle room full of toys in the building...Tilda even ended up with one of those sticks that hold you tongue down when you say ...arggggghhhh. It has a bristish bull dog on it lol.

Peter and I are beyond excited for our interview date and we may have visa in hand as soon as the day after, so woo hoo! A very kind Dec. filer just emailed us about the interview process and said it was very simple and the staff were all very friendly, so we're feeling a little less nervous.

Oh, and the lingerie hunt was successful.. two very elaborate items totaling $139.00 and some stockings and other such items totaling $66 so.. Peter's going to be in for a show alright.. and no bath robes, but I am in need of one, so I hope my own plan doesn't backfire on me.

My bridal shower is on Sunday, I'm very excited. I'm even baking cupcakes for my own shower, but I don't mind as I've been baking and cooking since I was about 13. My Mom's a caterer and I've been helping her out since about then.. I'm surprised I'm not cooking at my own wedding but time will tell! My maid of honor is finally back from her year long job in Texas and we can finally let the bridal madness begin. :dance:

UK, I talked with Doc two days ago. He is back in Athens, GA. He is very busy. A work related thing. Glad your trip to London went well. Me and Vika are lucky. We do the medical the day before the interview. No extra travel involved. The place is pretty convenient to get to also. I hope your interview date is soon.

Lohninck. Bad girl. Bad girl. There, I said it. You know that you are supposed to post pictures and get approval on all purchases over $25. And no, bathrobe pictures do not count. It is good that y'all are getting everything wrapped up. I will be in Kharkov when you get married or I could seriously see us crashing your wedding. I would wear flip-flops, tiger stripped thong with matching bowtie. I would try to convince Vika into wearing saran wrap. "Yes honey, it is in style now." If I can't do the saran wrap thing, maybe she might be up for the whipped cream bikini like in the movie Varsity Blues. We watched that movie together. Let's just say, next time grocery shopping, you know what went in the basket.

I do have one question to ask y'all. Have y'all started a betting pool on how long until my smart*ss gets the old beatdown from Vika and I get smacked. I would put the over/under on that at three weeks. It is hard for me to translate my slapstick humor into Russian, but once she understands the translation she laughs, except once. I wish I could have gotten that one back. It was that bad. I had found that line I was not supposed to cross. Imagine that.

Lohninck, how is the job hunt going? Any leads or are you just waiting until after the wedding?

Haha! I always shop at my favorite online lingerie shop, yandy.com because the only stores around here that sell raunchy stuff is Victoria's Secret and they never go up to my bra size, so I resort to online purchases instead. Having big boobs can be a curse, honestly.

Unfortunately, today I came upon some bad news. My dad is 52 years old and he went to the doctors and they said he is already showing signs of early-onset alzheimers. I've never liked the guy that much but it kind of hurts to know that he might now know I'm his daughter if this gets worse. I was going to have my step-dad and grandfather and my dad walk me down the aisle, in a 3-part kind of thing, but I think I might keep it to just him now. I'm his only daughter so it would probably mean a lot. Oof. He's on medication now so I hope it gets better, but we'll see.

In a lighter mood, today, the 25th, is our 5 year anniversary, woo hoo! Peter and I have been waiting a long time for this and we really cannot wait for our wedding. On September 18th, 2005 he sent me a letter saying he knows one day this distance will all be a thing of the past and now he's finally right. Anyone have any ideas what I can get him as a wedding present? And no, the lingerie doesn't count. He's getting me a Tiffany's charm bracelet so I have to get him something around that kind of value.. I am getting him a bunch of stuff for his PS3 but that hardly counts. I've never been too good at gift giving.
