i just read your post, we filed end of feb 2010 and we havent received any word since then. this is a very frustrating process

yinkacharles, You are not alone. I filed January 27 and nothing from them yet. Not even a touch. I guess we have to keep praying and hoping that we get our NOA2 soon. Godbless

We got Peter's medical scheduled for the 28th, the same day I'm going to get my wedding dress fitted for the last time, so it'll be delightfully stressful for the both of us. I'm sure everything will go okay in the end, now it's just a race to get our interview date and then we're set! I already sent off an email asking when the embassy thinks we'll be able to get it.. it will probably be like last time and they'll respond after I already know whatever I asked about, but bless them for trying anyway.

116 days since NOA1 was mailed out from VSC (111 since was received in mail)... No Touch... No Nothing since then...

Beginning to wonder if they dislike Canada... I see quite a few people who even filed in mid to late march who have even been touched/received their NOA2s... None from Canada.

Despite some personal family drama that is no fun dealing with right now, I do have some good news: our interview is scheduled for July 15th! So we'll be juuuust right in time, assuming everything goes well.. I hope it does.. geez.. as if I don't have enough to worry about, but I'm sure it will, I don't see why it wouldn't. But you know how it is in this process, worrying 24/7. Good luck with everyone else on their interview dates, I hope it won't take that long for the rest of you.

I'm seeing April filers who have their NOA2s already and those of us from February (and January even) who are still waiting?!?!?!?

I have been busy these past few days. Had to abuse my midget. Donkey is still crying after Doc embarrased him.

I hope UK's trip is going well. Glad it is not me. I hate warm beer, bangors and mash, and fish and chips.

It is good to see most of us progressing, but I do feel for the ones still without an NOA2. You really should have learned the midget, donkey, and camera trick. Scared the h*ll out of VSC to give us our NOA2's.

You're right about the stress, but we're thankful that we're not on a huge waiting line for an interview or something. We definitely sympathize with them.

Lohninck, I am flying to Kyiv on July 16. Meeting Vika there and doing the medical and then interview on the 20th. Afterwards, going to Kharkov and to visit her parents. Flying back here on the 31st. I have been jockeying around with plane tickets. I will probably buy them tonight. Prices are crazy this summer. I think it is due to the airlines losing 2 billion because of the volcano. I've paid as little as $600 for a round trip, usually around $1,000. Now they are wanting upwards of $1,700. I think I have found a deal that will get us both to Raleigh for $2,200. I won't get to Jersey until Sept. Actually going to be staying in Jackson and going into the city. I don't know about hunting yet. Too far off. I am not a big fan of the city, but Vika wants to go there.
