I think NVC is in New Hampshire so we'll just go around kicking butt all over New England and then go to Old England and kick London's butt.. might have to hop over the North Sea and have a talk with Copenhagen but so far they seem to be very cooperative bunch.. they'll fear us by the time we get done with London, anyway!

Looks like my wait will be the longest for an interview. Montreal is the slowest US consolate in the world. I'm looking at timelines & my interview won't be until at least middle of Oct.

I called DOS today to see if my pkt 3 has been sent out & was informed Montreal hasn't even logged us in yet, although they received my app on May 26th!

This part is going to stress me out the most. More than waiting for NOA2...which we still haven't received the hard copy of.

Wow, that's horrible. I wouldn't think Canada would move so slowly.. I mean, geez, you're not even an ocean away, it can't be that hard to move information up north and back down again. Oh no thats makes me feel bad now for whining about the UKs waiting list. Im sorry...I hope something changes maybe and you get it sooner. I really didnt expect canda to be one of the slowest I hope something changes for you guys.

I got our P3 letter this morning...wooooooooooo hooooooooooo....got get it back to them asap....no thats not good enough....getting it in the today, I couldnt possibly sleep if I didnt...soooo excited, hopefully we can have our interview date for begining of August....but I admit, Im so praying its before that....hopes set on the end of July we will see, we can but dream right??

UK, I've been busy chasing the sheep around. They seem to be getting faster, or I'm getting slower. I had to do something, other people are abusing my midget, my donkey is gone. Actually I have been busy travelling. Had to go out of town for a lacrosse tournament last weekend. Damn team kept winning games and we did not finish our last game until 5:30 Sunday. Monday had to travel to TN. I'll be here for a few days. Interviews for Kyiv are 5 weeks out it looks like. Vika's application should be entered into their system next week. I haven't even tried to call. I doubt ours got to Kyiv in time to get entered last week.

Yes, I have been missing all of the talk about boobs. I hate it when that happens.

Who needs the midget and donkey next? I hope Lohninck did not put too many miles on them.

Of course, we are actually debating between us...as I see it, we need to fill the forms in they ask for and send them all back to the mailing address but without including any other documents as they need to be taken by ourselves to the interview.

ok so I was expecting a packet because we call it pk3 but I know before it did contain the forms but now its just a simple letter...with not much info at all really.. ok it says.

We are pleased to inform you that we have received an approved petition in support of your fiance(e) or k3/4 application. You will now need to complete appropraite forms and collect required socuments. A detailed explanation of the process is found at :

Once you have notified us that you have all your documents, we will schedule an appointment for your visa interview.

Then it tells you where to go online to find info on the medical appointment.

and then explains that you need to read and follow all instructions very carefully...where my file name is on the letter and to use this if communicating with this office.

Thats it really....one of the links to one of the forms on the US london site didnt work, so I had to search around for it...but found it....we need to fill in

DS 230-part 1 (once for each applicant)

DS-156 (twice for each applicant)

DS-157 (twice for each applicant)

DS-156K (just Primary applicant)

book our medical and then...

gather your documents and fill in checklist IV-15k

Then post it...but of course this is all for the UK Embassy in London...Im sure they are all a lickle different.

Hope that helps ......I also hope I am correct in thinking I fill out the forms and post them back along with the checklist....fingers crossed as its going in the post tomorrow all being well. So exciting.

oh also...remember NOT to fold the forms....and answer ever question...if they dont apply to you then they say put N/A in it.
