Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

January 25: NOA1 for AOS and EAD. Feb 5: Bio appointment received. Feb 7: RFE. Feb 11: Sent RFE response. Feb 23: AOS transfered to CSC. Feb 25: Biometrics. March 11: EAD approved! March 19: Received EAD. March 21: AOS approved! March 25: GC in hand!

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.

Hey all,

I really hope everyone still waiting sees movement soon!

I believe our package arrived in Warsaw this morning. Of course, they have not yet responded to emails, so I am wondering if I should just call them to try to convince them to email T the package 3, if she can just send the contents via email before receiving it via email, or huh2.gif

NOA2: May 17 (84 days, no touches, both SMS and email notice received a day later)

Sent on to Embassy: May 21 (in reality, May 24th)

02/23/2010 - Arrived at VSC, signed by D RENAUD

03/03/2010 - Received NOA1 Hardcopy

03/20/2010 - Visit to US for the summer

06/11/2010 - Received NOA2 Hardcopy (109 days)

06/28/2010 - Received Packet3

07/12/2010 - Sent Packet3 overnight to Montreal US Embassy

09/13/2010 - Packet4 received (61 days)

10/05/2010 - Medical in Toronto

10/26/2010 - Interview - APPROVED!

I'm still here! As Poacher says, my box is getting lots of extra attention, so I've been busy!

I hope VSC isn't out enjoying all this nice summer weather---Stay inside in the airconditioning & approve all these nice people here!!

I'm moving my dancing to the beach... B-)

I hope the lady in Congress who's supposed to be working on my case gets to it.. someone pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease work on our case already!

we passed the interview today!

the consulate was very polite... the filipina prescreener was a smartass, even with me there with my fiancée.

CONGRATS! Wow, that's some FAST turnaround they have over there in Manila! Have a safe trip back to the States!

Thats great news woooooo hooooo.

Poor Ken has spent afew days now trying to find where our approved NOA2 is lol....with not much luck it seemed...the USICISUCSIS thingy place could seem to find it and ended up contacting the VSC for us....then we was told it hadnt left the VSC yet....Tody Ken told that the NVC had forwarded it all to London yesterday....woooo hooooo....we are on our way over the pond!!!!!! Well our file is anyway....Im so excited and cant wait to get my hands on that hot and sexy man of mine!!! wow do I miss him....yayyyyyyyyyyyyy.

Good luck everyone...Hope we all hear what we are waiting for before the week is out!!!

Our NOA2 approval was May 21st - now just waiting on the NVC to get to UK - still trying to find out on this website of how to track that information...

I found this info that had been posted on VJ in 2009...Ive tried to work it out but cant :( lol.....have to see if you guys can.
