Im glad that isnt just us doing the checking thingy lol. Ours hasnt moved since the 17th Feb, since we first logged in too and Im getting sad now....Its a awful feeling knowing that nothing has been done yet...Im trying to stay optimistic...but today is just a really low day...I dont feel like dancing today lmao.

I know how you feel - it's frustrating and hard... it's a low day for me too! :(

awww we can be all be low today together, I like to read when someone has gotten their NOA2...that always cheers me up as I think...yayyy ours is a step closer with any luck...ken is staying the positive one today :) Id like to see more NOA2s arrive....that would be agood thing. hey it worked.....thanks guys :thumbs: .

After all that dancing I just did, we just checked the case and our case has been touched today...we got touched yayyyy it hadnt moved since Feb...I will keep you all posted just incase we hear anything...how exciting at least we know we are still there and not holding the table leg up lmao. I just pray we dont get a RFE and get our NOA2 instead, having said that at least if we get a RFE we still know something is happening...fingers crossed. must do more dancing now

Before Journey:

Met online in 2002 as friends. Fell in love in 2005. Got engaged in 2010.

K-1 Journey, January 2010-July 2010:

NOA1: January 29. RFE: April 21. NOA2: June 4. Interview: July 15. Visa in hand: July 20. POE: July 22.

July 24, 2010: Married in front of 150 of our loved ones on a beautiful, sunny day. Living happily ever after and oh so thankful that 5 years of a long distance relationship and 7 months of a visa process is condensed into one line.

Adjustment of Status Journey, January 2011-March 2011:

January 25: NOA1 for AOS and EAD. Feb 5: Bio appointment received. Feb 7: RFE. Feb 11: Sent RFE response. Feb 23: AOS transfered to CSC. Feb 25: Biometrics. March 11: EAD approved! March 19: Received EAD. March 21: AOS approved! March 25: GC in hand!

And we'll live happily ever after.. for the next 2 years, anyway.
