Thanks hun. We have called 2x already. First call she said we were under review. Really? But they said approved! The 2nd call said they take some time to issue, which is bs because everyone got theirs with in 2-3 working days. No holidays as of yet, but next Mon. is Thanksgiving, so I better have it by then. Or I will seriously have a meltdown.

Well Ive been searching to find the smaller size and shape rhinestone you was talking about. This is the smallest Ive found. Is this any good at all?

Wish I could be excited about getting ready to leave, but since my visa hasn't been issued, I am really stressed. If they don't hurry up, I'm going to be jobless & homeless.

omg that sucks!! Im so sorry to hear they havent delivered it yet...after all this. Theres been afew people have that happened to them

Anyway sorry about the stones, Ive looked on the internet everywhere and I dont think they do them any smaller, which would explain why you havent been able to find what you want. I guess they dont do them small as you have to be able thread them.....normally in the sandals you need to be able to run two threads through them. sorry again

geeze Les, that's stupid. i mean, if the broad that answered the phone the first time didn't know ####### she was talking about, she shouldn't have said anything. why say stupid things to others when it's likely not the case. i mean you were told by the consulate that you were approved. so ####### is taking so long. i hope i don't have to wait that long for mine afterwards. i'm hoping to poe the day after you. i've been back in toronto long enough and i'm reaaaaaaallly beginning to regret coming back. love my parents but omg, i haven't lived with them since i was 18 and at 32....it's NOT ideal.

ps. medical went fine except my doctor forgot to include the print out of my rubella teeter test. so i'm waiting on my doc to fax that over to Seidens office.

I don't trust a word DOS says except for issued or not issued. This morning they tell me they are just about to issue it & this afternoon they said we are in AP. I don't know how they can put me in AP when I was approved!!!! Ughhhhhhhhhhh!!!!

Additional/Advanced Processing, as far as I can tell. I think sometimes they just need to fill their quota of APs at consulates and they probably thought yours was an easy one to go with, Les. Hope it's with you incredibly soon.

well that's silly. approved is approved is approved where i'm from. and to be quite honest, i'm not a big fan of the people overseeing our entire process. first it was Paul and Van, now it's Les. this is super frustrating and it's not even happening to me!

It is Saturday. Am I hunting, no, am I getting ready to watch college football all day, no. Veka decided that she needed the beach once again. I'm good with it. I could use some saltwater and cold beer for a day. This is not my first choice, but a good third one. Life is good today.

We've been quiet.. all spending time with our S/Os, or in the process towards it, no doubt! We are sending the AOS out finally by tomorrow or Thursday, just had to have my step-dad sign some things first.

Been keeping busy by working out, hoping to lose 30-40 pounds in the next 3 months, hooooooo boy. It's not easy when there's so much yummy food around, like the oh so tempting pizza upstairs. Peter can still eat ten pizzas and not gain an ounce. I still have the ability to look at an apple and gain 6 pounds.
