Hi! I am American and my husband is Canadian. We live in NC and he is here on a B-1 visa playing semi-pro hockey. We have been getting all the forms ready to file for his green card but, i must admit, it is VERY overwhelming!! If there is anyone out there who could road map this process for us, please, we could use ALL the help we could get!!
