No because you aren't petitioning for the K2 at this stage. The I-129F is simply a way of asking the US Government to check that you qualify to apply for a K1 and K2 visa. The only thing they're checking is that you've met your fiancee in person in the last 2 years, that you do intend to marry her within the terms of the visa and there is no other reason (like she's on the FBI wanted list! lol) that disqualifies her from obtaining a visa.

The actual visa application is handled by the embassy/ consulate and that's where you also ask for a K2. It's also the stage where you prove you can support them financially, that she's not got any criminal or medical reason that makes her inadmissible.

Timeline Summary:

K-1/K-2 NOA1 - POE: 9 February - 9 July 2010

Married: 17 July 2010

AOS mailed - Interview : 22 November 2010 - 10 March 2011

ROC mailed - approved: 14 February - 18 June 2013

Citizenship mailed - ceremony: 9 February - 7 June 2017
