Is the AOS fee for the K2 dependent same as my wife?

I only see information regarding children under 14. If the child is 14 or over, applying with Mom, is it the full $1010?

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated between August 7, 2009 and August 22, 2009.

NOA2: July 23, 2009.

Intervew: Sep. 28, 2009 APPROVED

I arrive BKK Oct 29.

Marriage ceremony (non-legal) 6 a.m. Nov 2, 2552 Hua Hin, Thailand.

Arrive PDX Nov 7.

U.S. Marriage: 20-Dec-2009 Salem, OR

AOS filed 06-FEB-2010 (last possible day for valid postmark)

AOS Interview - APPROVED - 06-MAY-2010

well, what are the forms do we need to file for the K2 child for the adjustment of status?

I believe it's the same I-485 for each child, with a I-864 for each one also.

Timeline:

2010/01/26 I-130 + AOS + EAD Packages mailed to USCIS

2010/01/28 I-130 + AOS + EAD Packages arrived at USCIS

2010/02/03 Checks Cashed

2010/02/08 Received NOA1 (Hardcopy) with Notice Date 2010/02/03

2010/02/16 Biometrics Appt. Letter arrived Notice Date 2010/02/10

2010/03/03 Biometrics Appt. (Early Walk-in 2010/02/22)

2010/03/05 Received Interview letter (Dated 2010/03/01)

2010/03/24 Received email stating that EAD card production has been ordered!

2010/04/06 Interview appt.- APPROVED!!!!!!!!!! :-)

Separate I-485 with a separate fee payment... no ability to ride the coat tails on this one
