AOS Journey from K-1

14 April 2010 - Sent I-485,I-765 (Did not apply for AP)

18 April 2010 - Delivered (Sunday)

26 April 2010 - Checks cashed

27 April 2010 - Touched (both forms)

28 April 2010 - Touched (both forms)

29 April 2010 - Touched (both forms)

03 May 2010 - NOAs received (postmarked April 26, 2010 dated April 23, 2010)

05 May 2010 - Biometrics Appointment letter (postmarked April 29, 2010)

07 May 2010 - Biometrics Walk in Done

07 May 2010 - Touch Both EAD and AOS

10 May 2010 - Touch Both EAD and AOS

17 May 2010 - Received New passport under married name

19 May 2010 - Original Biometric Appointment both EAD and AOS

28 June 2010 - EAD approved by email

01 July 2010 - Touch for EAD and another card production email

02 July 2010 - Touch EAD

06 July 2010 - Infopass Schedule

06 July 2010 - Received Interview appointment dated June 29, 2010

09 July 2010 - Touch on EAD dot changed to Post Decision

12 July 2010 - Touch on EAD

13 July 2010 - EAD card received in mail

09/18/2009 - I-130 approved

09/30/2009 - Case number assigned

12/17/2009 - Failed log in / Case completed YES!!

02/03/2010 - VISA interview at 830am -- VISA APPROVED

03/06/2010 - POE San Francisco via PAL

04/17/2010 - GC and SSN in the mail

ROC

01/06/2012 - Sent I-751 package to CSC

01/09/2012 - I-751 delivered at 11:12am / Date of NOA1

01/12/2012 - Check cashed

01/14/2012 - Received NOA1 hard copy

01/20/2012 - Date of ASC Appointment letter

01/25/2012 - Received ASC Appointment letter hard copy

02/07/2012 - Biometrics done

03/06/2012 - CR1 expiration

06/13/2012 - Date ROC approved

Finally, my visa arrived just now.. ^________________^

Congratulations!!!

I got mine today too, I picked it up from Air21( I am not at all excited :dance: ) and I am very happy...but bcuz of the weight( it's almost 2 inches thick) of my docs coming from the embassy, the yellow envelope has a 1inch tear aside from the triangular tear...but I don't worry that much, just a 'lil paranoid :innocent: ...maybe that happened during the shipping...I know at POE, they'll not doubt me of trying to open it...I will also ask Air21 to provide me a letter, about that incident (just in case)...

I also got very nervous after I tear the plastic pouch, this is such a thrilling journey ....but it's fun and thank God for all the help and guidance...

Goodluck to you.. I was pretty nervous before my interview.. but most of the questions are about you and your fiance. The consul assigned to me interviewed me in Tagalog. ^__^

Haha me too, my fiance was panicking when I opened the small envelop that comes with it.. I think they simply return the pictures.
