Hi everyone. I had a question because a friend of mine just had there interview at palestine and they brought pictures and proof and such but were given a another interview cuz they were told they had to bring a DVD of the entire wedding.

Do we have to bring dvd's of the wedding. I heard people say that your not aloud to bring them in?

Please let me know.

03-17-10: Interview (Approved But Pending AP.)

Have you ever heard of someone being asked to bring a dvd of the wedding for proof?

most consulates frown on digital media... they usually require paper documents and photos rather than CD's DVD's VHS tapes etc...

Yah i have no idea, they took wedding photos and everything, But they said "Anyone can just take pictures, we had vedio of the entire wedding" I dont know.

I have never heard of anyone being asked for a DVD. I had always been told that no cds or dvds were allowed as proof because when I filed here in the US, I wanted to send in my wedding dvd but found out that it was not permissible. Did they not have many pictures of the wedding?

I dont know. They lots of pictures pictures during the wedding, and studio picture. I dont know Metro also said she heard of a case like that. the girl was denyed for not haveing dvd of the wedding.

I would THINK it's not evidence for 'submittal' or 'interview day', but more along the lines of 'blue-slip requested evidence', for after interview day, if there is a problem.

Guanghzou did this for about 2 years, to prove up 'communication types' , but only asked for during a blue slip. Perhaps this is something new? You can always call the embassy , get a Human at the IV unit, and inquire, yes?

Yah i gusse so. What is a blue slip. is that for when they dont trust the relationship and want more evidence?
