Still Waiting for Green Card Approval

Well it's been over 1 year since our Green Card Interview and still have heard nothing. Contacted USCIS and they say be patient. Now we have to get an extension on I-94 and yet another work permit. Oh yeah - cant' update drivers license either without new documents from USCIS. What a joke this has been!!!!!

05.02.2008 - Sent AOS & EAD package to Chicago.

05.04.2008 - Package recieved in Chicago.

05.09.2008 – Received NOA's.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

07.25.08 - Work Permission Received in Mail

07.28.08 - Applied for Social Security Number

08.04.08 - Received Social Security Number in Mail

09.29.08 - Started job

01.29.09 - AOS Interview

Did you speak to an officer via the phone? If so, try an InfoPass appointment to get a face to face answer.

Spoke to Customer Service - they said to Wait - you will be notified. InfoPass was scheduled and was cancelled by them - also told to wait - you will be notified. I'm trying InfoPass again - we'll see.

05.02.2008 - Sent AOS & EAD package to Chicago.

06.04.2008 - Biometrics appt.

Have you tried your local Senator to see if he/she could help?

Naturalization

3/23/14 - N400 package sent to Phoenix

3/27/14 - N400 package delivered

4/3/14 - NOA1 receipt date

4/4/14 - check cashed

04/29/14 - biometrics date

07/01/14 - interview date

xx/xx/xx - Oath Ceremony
