Hi people,

I interviewd in april 2008 but the council said that they need to send it to washingtom for AP after it returned from washingtom the embs contacted me and said still they have to send it to USCIS they did the USCIS sent a letter saying its gonna take 8 months and thats what happend iam so happy here what it says ((On February 2, 2010, we mailed a notice to you reaffirming the approval of this case and returned the case to the Department of State for visa processing. For more information, please contact them directly)).

My question is what would happen after that???? cause I Allready interviewd and the lady who interviewd me said i dont have to do any interview anymore just wait for our phone call to send your passport for visa issuing so please please people any body have any ideas or gone through it its ipmortant to let me know.

Samer,

Did the CO at the embassy tell you there wouldn't be an interview or was it someone else?

I don't know if you'll have another interview, but I was always under the impression that when a petition was reaffirmed that you would receive another interview.

Ther are several people that have reaffirmed petitions. Hopefully one of them reads your post soon.
